New year, fresh start! I’ve decided to finally share all the IT tips and notes I’ve been collecting for years. On the agenda: networking, servers, DevOps, security, homelab and much more. I hope this blog will be as useful to you as it is to me!
2026 new resolutions#
New year, new resolutions! Let’s see how long I can keep this good habit going 😄. For me, this year’s goal is clear: maintain this blog and create quality content. For years, I’ve learned a lot from fellow enthusiasts and now it’s my turn to pass on what I know. After a few years working in IT, I’ve accumulated a ton of notes, tutorials, tests and procedures, all carefully stored in various tools. Today, I want to share these precious resources. If they’re useful to me, they could be useful to others too.
What will you find on this blog?#
My area of expertise is networking (IPv4, routing, firewalls, etc.). It’s my passion and one of the fields I’ve practised the most in a professional environment. That said, for the past three years I’ve been spending a good chunk of my time on server infrastructure and automation, which I love experimenting with.
Here are some topics I plan to cover:
- Networking: tutorials, tools and best practices.
- Server infrastructure: deployment, configuration and management.
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containers, orchestration.
- IT security: firewalls, best practices and detection tools.
- Homelab: my experiences with personal environments.
- 3D printing: a topic I find equally fascinating.
- And much more…
I hope this blog will be a source of inspiration and sharing for all IT enthusiasts. See you soon for new content!
