We now have a lovely piece of infrastructure&hellip; that we still drive by hand, from my computer. This part is the one that consolidates the foundations: everything needed to provision the infra as code (OpenTofu), with an encrypted state and a CI that runs <strong>inside</strong> the cluster to execute all of it.</p>
